Ａ棟、Ｂ棟合わせて８８６㎡を超える平屋建て中大規模木造建築物事例であり、立体解析に
より構造の安全性を確認しています。
Ａ棟は、長手方向に約４０ｍの大きさがあり、約６ｍ×８ｍの保育室が、合わせて５部屋配置
されています。
Ｂ棟は、９ｍ×１２ｍの遊戯室と７ｍ×１４．５ｍの保育室が配置され、遊戯室の上部は片流
れ屋根による吹抜空間を実現しています。
中大規模木造用梁受コネクタNode.HSMLを含むストローグの既製コネクタを使用することで、
特注コネクタの設計に要する時間やコストを削減することができます。材断面が大きい場合に
もロングボルトやロングドリフトピン等の準備があります。
また、全国にストローグコネクタに対応したプレカット工場があるので、現場に近いプレカッ
ト工場で加工を行うことができ、輸送コストの削減も図れます。

Case of a Wooden Building
This is a case of wooden structure that is consist of two buildings.
The total floor area is over 886 square meter.
The structural integrity of these buildings were verified by 3-dimensional analysis
system.
The longitudinal size of Building A is 40 meters.
5 nursery rooms are arranged in the Building A. The each nursery room is 6 meters
long and 8 meters wide.
A nursery room in the Building B is 7 meters long and 14.5 meters wide. A play room
in the Building B is 9 meters long and 12 meters wide. The Above of the playroom is
an open ceiling.
Ready made connectors realize the shortening of design hours and the cost reduction.
There are about 140 pre-cut factories across Japan are compatible with STROOG.
Therefore, a near factory can provide pre-cut timber to the construction site.

Face.Solidコネクタが、ＬＶＬ木層ウォールを長期荷重と地震力や風圧力 に抵抗する壁柱と
して機能させています。そのため、柱・梁・耐力壁という従来の 考えから解放され、今まで
の木構造にはできなかった空間デザインを可能にします。

建設地である埼玉県産材をふんだんに使用した中大規模木造建築物であり、子供の成長に
良い影響を与える木造の企業内保育園の事例です。
レンズをイメージした中大規模木造建築物の架構の一部にストローグの角度付梁受コネクタ
が採用されました。角度付コネクタは、柱梁接合部が９０度以外の角度で接合される場合に
ご指定の角度での接合を可能とします。

Case of a Wooden Building
This is the case of wooden Intra-company nursery that is a good environment for
the growth of children. This building was built of timber that were cut in the local.
The design of this building was inspired by a shape of an optical lens.
STROOG angled connectors were used in the part of this building for framing the
unique building shape.
STROOG designed the angled connectors for connecting any angle except a right
angle.

Report of an Inspection of a Wooden Kindergarten
We held the inspection of a wooden kindergarten. We appreciate that many
people participated in the event.
At the event, architects unveiled an ideas to reduce construction costs.
The construction costs of wooden building can be reduced 30% comparing
to a reinforced concrete structure and a steel structure.

横浜キャンパス２９号館」が近代建築２０１５年１２月号に掲載されました。 「みやむ
ら動物病院」は新建築11月号に続いての掲載となります。

この度、ストローグの各種コネクタを使用した中大規模木造建築にて完成見学会が開催さ

スパン７．３７ｍで奥行き３８ｍの無柱空間を、ストローグのコネクタが実現しています。
９１０mmピッチで１０５×２４０の平角柱を柱脚コネクタHSB-40kNでアンカーボルトと緊
結し、２４mm ネダレス合板の水平構面で建物を支える構造となっています。２階床梁せいは
３６０mm で、小屋梁は２７０mm、いずれも平角柱と梁をの小中規模用の梁受コネクタで接
合しています。 使用したHSB-40kNは82本。土台がなく、平角柱とコンクリートとを柱脚コ
ネクタで直接緊結しています。 ＲＣ造・Ｓ造と比べて軽い木造にすることによって地中梁をな
くし、大断面木材の使用も避けています。他の構造と比較して大幅なコストダウンに成功した
中大規模木造事例となります。

Event of Observing a Wooden Building
The event of observing SHIRAGIKU KINDERGARTEN is going to be held on January 25th
at the construction site.
STROOG connectors provide structure for forming 7.37m span, astylar space of 220m².
82 pieces of HSB-40kN connect wooden columns which dimension is 105×240 to concrete
foundation each 910mm.
Using Node.HSS for connecting beams to columns , 270 and 360 mm height of beam are
supporting structual plywood to provide horizontal diaphragm stiffness of this building.
Comparing reinforced concrete or steel, wooden structure cuts a cost and realizes shortening
of a construction period.
