This is a Pavilions for private sectors exhibited at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan that the theme of “Revitalization of the Ocean”. The pavilion consists of three domes, each with a different theme and architectural scheme: “Circulation” for DOME A (bamboo dome), “Ocean” for DOME B (CFRP dome), and “Wisdom” for DOME C (paper tube dome). The Stroog connector was used in DOME C (dome of paper tube). It consists of a three-dimensional truss with spherical CLTs placed at the contact points of the paper tubes. Stroog.LSB is inserted into this spherical CLT. To realize this joint, the tensile and shear capacity of the LSB was checked with the strength testing service Stroog.test.
