Building columns of 105 mm × 240 mm at 910 mm intervals, we realized a building with the span is 6.37 m and the depth is about 38 m. It is a free space that is not restricted by the position of the column, so that you can change the partitions between classrooms. There is no foundation in this construction method, because it was a construction method to directly anchor the column to concrete, a high anchor system was required and the hardware of the stroong connector were indispensable.
In recent years, the number of wooden cases is increasing in childcare facilities such as nurseries and kindergartens. As well as being able to feel the warmth of wood, skilled skills are not required as the pre-cut technology has developed. Moreover, it can be more secure the ideal size and facilities of the building than other structures. Furthermore, it is lighter than steel frame construction so the base concrete can be smaller and the total cost can be reduced.
