Wooden Veterinary Clinic Building Structured with Thick LVL Panels

This is the first case of mid to large-scale wooden architecture which employs thick LVL panels as its structural components. The wall column structure, constructed by connecting solid material of thick LVL panels using Face.Solid connectors, resists the large horizontal force. The bearing force capacity of the bearing walls was verified by a strength test service, Stroog.test, which proved the bearing walls high bearing force and toughness. This is wooden architecture of a new age which consists of high bearing-force structural components formed by thick LVL panels and beautiful “fair-faced LVL” finishing that exposes the laminated surface. Using wood as structural material reduces the building weight and enables building of mid to large-scale buildings even on soft foundation soil.
