“Passive House in Maibara”

The eastern 8.46m large opening is realized by using a layer of two consecutive Rahmen frames framed by wooden Rahmen joint connector Node.Rigid. In order to adjust those heavy-snow, this house has external space under the deep eaves. However, it can be secure passive performance receiving solar irradiation energy from this large opening in winter because of the eaves formed by polycarbonate plate. On the other hand, this house can shade solar irradiation energy by attaching tents under the eaves in summer and there can be enjoy the view from the window.
