Largest Wooden Building in Hokuriku

This is a large wooden building in Niikawa, Toyama, which is one of the largest in Hokuriku. This building with the strength to bear snow accumulated to one and a half meters deep was realized by trusses configured with Stroog.LSB, consecutive Rahmen frames using Node.Rigid, and lattice bearing walls, Face.Lattice. To address the request to utilize timber produced in the prefecture, STROOG provided connectors to join local solid cedar beams and columns with 300mm thickness. As it is said that the capability of timber to adjust the humidity level can suppress influenza transmission, wooden structures can be suitable for welfare or educational facilities.
